How much deposit do you take?
A 25% deposit confirms your date and takes it off the calendar. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Deposits are transferable if you need to move the date, subject to availability.
Do you charge for travel?
Events within 40 km of the city centre have no travel fee. Beyond that we charge travel at cost, and for far or overnight events we may quote accommodation — always agreed with you before you book.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes — every package includes a professional PA, microphones and lighting scaled to your venue. If your venue has house sound we are happy to plug into it. We handle all setup and teardown ourselves.
Can we send a playlist and do-not-play list?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Share your must-plays and any no-go tracks in advance; on the night our DJ blends your list with live crowd-reading to keep the floor full.
